In general, my recipes are gluten-free, sugar-free, low-carb, and/or plant-based. Above all, they’re delicious and easy to make.

Many of my recipes are inspired by the guidelines/ingredients found¬†in the popular Trim Healthy Mama diet books. I don’t follow this diet strictly¬†but much of what I eat is inspired by the authors’ recipes because I like their ideas!
